EASY WAYS TO ADD FIBER
Studies have shown that getting adequate fiber can lower the risk of Crohn's disease, diabetes, heart disease and obesity. Unfortunately, many Americans do not eat the recommended amount of fiber per day; however, increasing the fiber in your diet can be easy with mindful planning. (Though you may need to avoid these foods during a flare.)
