WHAT ARE GOOD HIGH FIBER FOODS?
Most people with IBD can benefit from including more fiber in their diets, unless the disease is actively flaring. Below is a list of high fiber foods that contain at least 2 grams of fiber per serving. See how much fiber you need per day to stay healthy.
